Patrick Kager has over 10 years of consulting experience working with pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations. Prior to co-founding MedPharma Partners, he was a Partner in Deloitte Consultings Biopharmaceutical practice. There he led creation of the firms pharmaceutical R&D and M&A market offerings while serving as lead client service partner for several top-10 pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Before Deloitte Consulting, Pat was a Senior Manager in the Boston Consulting Groups healthcare practice.
Pat has successfully completed over 50 client engagements in the areas of product development and commercialization strategy, R&D management, manufacturing and supply chain management, sales and marketing effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions, business process design and IT strategy. He is the author of several articles examining topics of interest to the biopharmaceutical industry and providing practical guidance to managers facing difficult business situations.
He holds a BS in electrical engineering and mathematics and an MS in computer engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and earned an MBA with Distinction from Dartmouths Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.
