Dennis Ferrill has more than twenty years of experience working on issues involving the crossover between financial transactions and corporate strategy. In the pharmaceutical industry he has recently led an international acquisition program and advised on the renegotiation of a large strategic licensing agreement. In pharmaceutical information and medical and professional publishing he has recently overseen the financial aspects of a major restructuring, managed an acquisition campaign, and advised on the sale of a large publicly traded company. Dennis frequently works with early stage companies to identify and capture market opportunities and has successfully managed turnaround situations.
Before joining MedPharma, Dennis was with the Boston Consulting Group in New York and Boston. After that he worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions specialist with Morgan, Stanley, Inc., and later was responsible for acquisitions and private equity portfolio oversight for a highly capitalized family. Dennis has spent his career working in the international arena.
Dennis received a BS from the California Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
